Shipping Rates
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and vary based on your shipping address, weight, and selected shipping method. All rates are automatically generated by our shipping partners to ensure the best available pricing for your location.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150 USD (before taxes and after discounts).
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be extended slightly—but we always work hard to get your order out ASAP!
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your selected shipping method and location. Standard U.S. shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout to cover your package in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. KISSMYLASH.509STUDIO is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit without Route coverage.
