Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and quality, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including adhesives, tools, lash tiles, or accessories.

Why No Returns

  • Our products are designed for professional use and are considered sanitary items. Once opened or handled, they cannot be resold or guaranteed safe for reuse.

  • To maintain our high safety and quality standards, we do not restock or resell returned items.

  • This policy helps protect both our artists and their clients by ensuring all products are 100% fresh, unused, and uncompromised.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at KISSMYLASH.509STUDIO@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number.

To help protect your order from loss, theft, or damage during transit, we offer Route Shipping Protection at a discounted cost during checkout. If you opted in for this protection, please file a claim directly through Route for a faster resolution. This coverage allows you to be reimbursed or replaced for shipping-related damage without delay.

If you did not purchase Route and your item was damaged in transit, we will still do our best to support you—but shipping-related damage may not be eligible for free replacement.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, email us at KISSMYLASH.509STUDIO@gmail.com with your order number and photos to start the process. All exchanges must be requested within 3 business days of delivery.
